Reeves Cove Sunset

When there is no one on the road, the photograph becomes poetry and a love letter to the day. The sun is setting and we are almost home. (As usual, my reflection is in the rear view mirror.) Here we are on the final mile, Reeves Cove in Candler, North Carolina. I feel tired, but satisfied. A good ending to another good day.

“Travel makes one modest. You see what a tiny place you occupy in the world.”
Gustave Flaubert
